LINE officially releases LINE MAN An On-Demand Assistant app to Serve your Daily Needs at Any time The First Localized O2O Service from LINE Thailand

Thailand, Bangkok – 12th May 2016 – LINE officially announces “LINE MAN”, an on-demand professional services assistance app to serve the needs in your daily life, at any time. After releasing the Android beta version on Google Play on April 21st, 2016, LINE MAN is now available for both iOS and Android devices. It is the first localized O2O (Online to Offline) service from LINE Thailand aiming to help residents in Bangkok with their daily tasks.
LINE MAN launches with three main services. Additional services will be available in the near future.
The 3 main services include
- Messenger Service: Deliver your packages quickly and safely at any time
- Food Delivery: Order food from over 10,000 restaurants, and street food hawkers in Bangkok
- Convenience Goods: Make your life easy with 7-Eleven goods delivered to your door

LINE MAN offers reliable services, available 24 hours a day ease of use by logging in with your LINE ID. All services can be tracked real time in the LINE MAN app and also through automatic notifications in LINE Messenger. Upon service completion, users can pay the service fee in cash directly to LINE MAN delivery person.
For the food delivery service, LINE MAN has partnered with Wongnai, the No.1 restaurant review app and portal in Thailand, to offer food purchase service from over 10,000 restaurants and street food hawkers around Bangkok. Users can choose from our recommended restaurants sorted by distance or popularity, based on Wongnai’s database, or search by typing in the restaurant name. After placing an order, LINE MAN will find the closest driver to the restaurant to help pre-purchase the food and deliver it quickly. In addition to the price of the food, there is a delivery fee calculated based on the distance (between the restaurant and the delivery location) with no additional charges. Moreover, Wongnai members can order food through LINE MAN within Wongnai app and website by selecting any restaurant that has the LINE MAN logo.
LINE MAN is an innovative platform offering best in class delivery service through its partnership with Lalamove, a market leader in on-demand delivery service with the largest fleet in Thailand. Users can conveniently request for a LINE MAN at their fingertips and relax while LINE MAN handles all the troublesome tasks for them. After the delivery is completed, users may even review LINE MAN with cute emoticons.


As for convenience good, LINE MAN can pick anything you need from 7 eleven stores in Bangkok, when it is not convenient for you to go yourself.
