ZEN Japanese restaurant invites well-known faces to join workshop on “Salmon Rice Bowl”

, a quality dish in its new extensive menu of more than 200 items
Mr. Thunyachate Ekvetchavit, Chief Commercial Officer of Brands Group, ZEN Corporation Group, and Mr. Chittapon Vivaddhanakasem, Brand General Manager of ZEN RESTAURANT brand, recently invited celebrity and the media to join “ZEN RECHARGING”, a special event to unveil a brand new menu for ZEN Japanese restaurant.  The new menu features a diverse range of more than 200 choices with a selection of 60 great value set menu options, and each dish offers a unique sensory experience.  Guests also had a chance to try out some new dishes and join a fun-filled cooking workshop to learn how to make “Salmon Rice Bowl” or “Sakeoyako Don Set”,, under the close supervision of Japanese Master Chef Haruaki Matsuoka who was behind the creation of signature dishes at ZEN.  Meanwhile, Health-conscious celebrity Saraichatt Ning Kunjara Jirapaet (Koonchorn Na Ayudhaya) demonstrated proper ways to present a Japanese dish.  The event was held at ZEN Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor of Siam Centre.

The menu items are also well-categorised to guide customers to easier decisions.  And today we are honored to have Chef Haruaki Matsuoka to demonstrate how to make “Salmon Rice Bowl” or “Sakeoyako Don Set”, a delicious salmon rice bowl comprising salmon sashimi, grilled salmon, chopped salmon, and salmon roe on sushi rice, with beautiful presentation in the proper Japanese way.  It is one of our signature dishes that allows customer to enjoy the freshness of good quality salmon.
