Singaporean Investment Group Builds Up Fulcrum Ventures Brand, Bucking Thai Property Downturn Trend Launching Housing Project, “Panara Thepharak,” With Investment Plan of Over 5 Billion Baht, Eyeing to Get Listed in Stock Market Within 5 Years

     Singapore’s large investment group Greenfield Advisory joins hands with a hotel investor to build up Fulcrum Ventures brand “Life Is An Opportunity” bucking the Thai property market downturn trend and planning to invest more than 5 Billion Baht within the middle of next year. The group drops pin on “Panara Thepharak,” a single detached house project in a potential location on main road, a new central business district in eastern Bangkok, and plans to get listed in the stock market within 5 years.


    Mr. Deepak Mishra, Founder of Greenfield Advisory Pte Ltd, Singapore, discloses that Greenfield Advisory, which is headquartered in Singapore with consecutive investment experiences in property business in various continents worldwide including Asia, the Middle East and Europe, has invested in Thailand since 2010. In the first 5 years, the group invested in hospitality business including hotel and serviced apartment before studying various businesses and expanding an investment to property development business. Although this business has slowed down since last year, the group believes that property development business has opportunity to create value and grow in the future. With a strong confidence in Thailand’s economic potential and stability which has been robust for the past several years when compared with other countries in Asia, the group plans property development in the country consecutively in the future.
     “Greenfield Advisory is an investment group with various businesses. As we have learned Thai property market and culture, we decided to expand to low-rise housing development or “single detached house.” We are specialised in investment around the globe with research on consumer’s needs in each country. We know customer’s needs despite various culture. However, learning customer’s pain points can teach us to create features that respond to customer’s needs just like the group’s name and tag line, Fulcrum Ventures “Life Is An Opportunity,” Mr. Deepak says.
     Mr. Somsakd Srikuruwan, Director of Fulcrum Ventures, Bangkok, discloses about the history of the joint venture with Greenfield advisory to set up Fulcrum Ventures Co., Ltd. that it derived from an offer to acquiring hotel and condominium Aspira on Koh Samui before buying a vacant land plot in Patong, Phuket and Grand Swiss Sukhumvit 11. Currently, Fulcrum Ventures’ assets comprise condominiums, serviced apartments and vacant land plots. It aims to develop at least 2 property projects per year with a combined investment of around 5 Billion Baht from now until the middle of next year, focusing on low-rise projects or single detached house. It also plans to raise fund in the stock market within 5 years.
     “The key in business operation under Fulcrum Ventures brand is to deliver quality products to customers. Before our first project is created, we have done market study and analysis on hundreds of target group samples which takes many years until we are confident that it will become a perfect project,” Mr. Somsakd says.

     Panara Thepharak also meets a future living trend together with environmental concern by emphasising on applying technology to reduce pollution with EV charger installed at all 3-storey units and at common area in the project to promote clean energy in a replacement of fossil fuels. There is also home ventilation system to reduce temperature in the unit.
