In the first 5 years, the group invested in hospitality business including hotel and serviced apartment before studying various businesses and expanding an investment to property development business. Although this business has slowed down since last year, the group believes that property development business has opportunity to create value and grow in the future. With a strong confidence in Thailand’s economic potential and stability which has been robust for the past several years when compared with other countries in Asia, the group plans property development in the country consecutively in the future.
“Greenfield Advisory is an investment group with various businesses. As we have learned Thai property market and culture, we decided to expand to low-rise housing development or “single detached house.” We are specialised in investment around the globe with research on consumer’s needs in each country. We know customer’s needs despite various culture. However, learning customer’s pain points can teach us to create features that respond to customer’s needs just like the group’s name and tag line, Fulcrum Ventures “Life Is An Opportunity,” Mr. Deepak says.
Mr. Somsakd Srikuruwan, Director of Fulcrum Ventures, Bangkok, discloses about the history of the joint venture with Greenfield advisory to set up Fulcrum Ventures Co., Ltd. that it derived from an offer to acquiring hotel and condominium Aspira on Koh Samui before buying a vacant land plot in Patong, Phuket and Grand Swiss Sukhumvit 11. Currently, Fulcrum Ventures’ assets comprise condominiums, serviced apartments and vacant land plots. It aims to develop at least 2 property projects per year with a combined investment of around 5 Billion Baht from now until the middle of next year, focusing on low-rise projects or single detached house. It also plans to raise fund in the stock market within 5 years.
“The key in business operation under Fulcrum Ventures brand is to deliver quality products to customers. Before our first project is created, we have done market study and analysis on hundreds of target group samples which takes many years until we are confident that it will become a perfect project,” Mr. Somsakd says.
Mr. Amritanshu Roy, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Greenfield Advisory Pte Ltd, Singapore, says that the company has learned customer’s experiences and needs from business experiences in all continents around the world. Design focuses not only on the look or technology for convenient living but also every single feature for resident’s happiness as we want to build homey and safety houses as much as possible in an urban society, a lifestyle of working people. Both unit and project design focus mainly on family’s relationship as we want a house to be not only a residence but also a shelter for everyone in the family of multi-generation members with the project’s attention to details just like a quote, “Home is Where the Heart Is,”  Melada says.

Thailand is become an ageing society with an increasing rate of various senior living facilities. As the project is concerned about the needs of senior people who want to stay with their children, it designs 3-storey single detached house in response to a large family. Each unit will have a passenger elevator to facilitate senior people. All unit types will have elderly care system, an additional security system in the unit which will alarm family members about any accident on senior people, aiming happiness of every resident in Panara.

Panara Thepharak also meets a future living trend together with environmental concern by emphasising on applying technology to reduce pollution with EV charger installed at all 3-storey units and at common area in the project to promote clean energy in a replacement of fossil fuels.
