CIMB Thai Bank stated that the bank has appointed Mr. Chakramon Phasukavanich as a Chairman of the Board; Dato’ Robert Cheim Dau Meng as a Vice Chairman and a Member and Alternate Chairman of Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee; and Mr. Pravej Ongartsittigul as an Independent Director and a Member of Audit Committee.
