Schaeffler Opens New Bearings & Industrial Solutions (B&IS) Southeast Asia Logistics Hub in Thailand, Strengthening Regional Supply Chain Efficiency
Chonburi, Thailand – Schaeffler, a global leader in motion technology, has officially inaugurated its new Bearings & Industrial Solutions (B&IS) Southeast Asia Logistics Hub in Si Racha District, Chonburi. The launch marks a major milestone in the company’s regional logistics strategy and its long-term commitment to customers across Southeast Asia.
The new 6,000-square-meter facility, located just 19 kilometers from Schaeffler’s Chonburi plant, will function as the central logistics hub for the company’s Bearings & Industrial Solutions division. Managed by Schaeffler personnel in core operational roles, the hub will oversee Supply Chain Management, Operations, and Quality Management, ensuring streamlined processes and improved delivery performance.
Strengthening Regional Logistics and Customer Service
Mr. Alfred Kit Chong Lee, President of Bearings & Industrial Solutions Asia Pacific, emphasized that the new logistics hub reinforces Schaeffler’s dedication to service excellence:

To support day-to-day operations, Schaeffler has partnered with Yusen Logistics Thailand, which will oversee warehouse operations including inbound and outbound logistics, kitting, and shipping activities. This collaboration aligns with Schaeffler’s ambition to scale efficiently while maintaining strong service quality.
