Special Olympics Thailand prepares to launch its latest music video, "We Will Rise" performed by GMM Grammy artist Atom Chanagun Rattana -udom who joined Thailand’s Special Olympics movement as its Guest Singer for the first time. Singing in duet with Special Olympics Thailand’s Youth Ambassador Ada Chunhavajira and backup by master musicians The Band of Brothers, this music video is created to give encouragement to all those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic around the world who have to adapt within various restrictions. Furthermore, the video builds awareness and acceptance of people with intellectual disabilities in society, one of the most vulnerable groups in society. Currently many countries, including Thailand, have to deal with the rapidly spread of new Covid19 variants which, not only are impacting many sectors of the public, but also affecting the most vulnerable people on the society. The music video “We Will Rise” aims to recognize all the brave persons in this pandemic especially the medical personnel and front line workers who tirelessly maintain their commitment throughout this pandemic.
Special Olympics Thailand encourages people in every society to be strong and determined to overcome this crisis together.
