Thanapol Sirithanachai is Country Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited or “FPT”. He is responsible for overseeing FPT, the first fully integrated real estate platform in Thailand with a diversified portfolio spanning residential, industrial and commercial properties. For leading commercial properties, he is also Chief Executive Officer, Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand).
Over 30 years in the real estate industry, Thanapol has grown his extensive experience in the field. His management experience began in 1998 when he was Executive Vice President at Sansiri PLC, followed by the year 2001 to 2003 as Senior Vice President – Asset Sales Management Division at Bank of Asia PLC (now UOB Thailand), 2003 to 2012 as Managing Director at Univentures PLC, and 2012 to the date prior to joining Frasers Property Thailand as the President of Golden Land Property Development Public Company Limited. At Golden Land, he successfully made the company profitable after three years under his leadership.
Thanapol values education as he believes that it is part of human development. He supports Mentorship Academy for Excellent Leaders (IMET MAX) as the Chairman and Chanapatana International Design Institute as Senior Executive Vice President.
Thanapol Sirithanachai earned his Bachelor's degree from Faculty of Engineering of Chulalongkorn University and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, USA. He also received a certificate of Advanced Management Program from Harvard University, Boston, USA.
