Scania improves aftersales service standard, aiming to maximize uptime and increase customer profitability

  Recently, Scania Siam Company Limited, led by Mrs. Stina Fagerman, Managing Director (middleman), Mr.Sathit Riyatanon, Aftersales Service Director (left hand) and Mr.Phuriwat Rak-Intr, Retail Truck Sales Director (right-hand side) arranged Scania Professional Maintenance Competition in order to improve technician skills which is based on Scania global standard. The competition aims to maximize uptime and increase customer profitability, driving the shift towards a sustainable transport solutions. The final round competition held at the Scania Siam head office, Bangna-Trad Road, Samut Prakarn.
