Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the Royal Thai Army Tourism Promotion Office, the Navy Tourism Center, the Royal Thai Air Force, and PTT Public Company Limited are joining forces to launch a new “Tourism for All 2019” project as a New Year’s present for low-income and disadvantaged Thai people who will have the opportunity to enjoy free tours at all military tourism zones in Thailand.

TAT is also collaborating with alliances to offer state welfare cardholders entry fee discounts for more than 100 attractions across the country. A special opportunity called “Dream Travel: Once in a Lifetime” is also open to state welfare cardholders who have volunteered to help their communities, including Village Health Volunteers (VHV), Bangkok Health Volunteers (BHV), Civil Defense Volunteers (CDV) and Village Social Development and Human Security Volunteers (VSDHSV) who will have the chance to win free travel packages for their families. TAT will also be providing activities such as boat trips to visit temples and Tak Bat Dokmai (Festival of Floral Offerings) for Thai people throughout 2019.
Mr. Yuthasak Supasorn, Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, said that the “Tourism for All 2019” project is based on the idea that tourism should be available for everyone. This project will help improve the quality of life and build a sustainable strong Thai society. Many events will be held throughout the year to increase travel opportunities for Thai people. This year, TAT has been supported by many tourism partners, such as the Royal Thai Army Tourism Promotion Office, the Navy Tourism Center, the Royal Thai Air Force and more than 100 travel destinations where tours through military-owned land are free. All state welfare cardholders will also receive special discounts for activities in each of the destinations, including The Zoological Park Organization under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King, SookSiam  ICONSIAM, Museum Siam, Siam Niramit Show, Na Satta Thai Park, Nanta Show at Show DC, Suntree Land of Dolls, and more.
Furthermore, TAT will offer the chance to win a special gift called “Dream Travel: Once in a Lifetime” for state welfare cardholders who have volunteered to help the community, such as Village Health Volunteers (VHV), Bangkok Health Volunteers (BHV), Civil Defense Volunteers (CDV) and Village Social Development and Human Security Volunteers (VSDHSV). These volunteers will have a chance to win free packages called “Dream Travel: Once in a Lifetime” for their 4 family members. This is an effort to show gratitude to the country’s low-income volunteers who have selflessly made sacrifices for others. TAT will also take disadvantaged children, children with disabilities and elderly people from several foundations to their dream destinations with the support from the government and private sector allies such as…
