Chef Jessada Sareenun (2nd from left), recently welcomed Chef Prakash Sundaram (3rd from left), Sodexo India’s 32-year-old award-winning chef with remarkable expertise and extensive experience in authentic Indian cuisine who travelled to Thailand to share his authentic native cuisine and culture with customers at the United Nations in Bangkok and Sodexo Thailand’s culinary team as part of “Sodexo’s Global Chef Program”. Chef Prakash prepared an array of palatable Indian dishes while engaging UN staff in live cooking demonstration for how to make samosa, India’s all-time-favorite snack.
