Piya International joins hands with NYE ESTATE to build new luxury residential complex in the most sought after location of Khao Yai

Piya International and NYE ESTATE announced a strategic collaboration to build an all-inclusive high-end residential complex in one of the most desirable locations of Khao Yai. NYE ESTATE planned to launch a new residential project, conceptualized in the ‘Little Hideaway in the Woods’ theme, worth Baht 2,000 million on 40-rai land plot in the 2,500-rai prestigious resort and vineyard compound owned by Dr. Piya Bhirombhakdi. The complex is slated to serve all customer groups in the luxury real estate segment, with exclusive privileges offered to the residents of the two companies’ properties to share common areas and facilities for truly unique luxury holiday experiences, including serene, scenic hillside surroundings, lakes, bike lane, etc.
