connect the screen, digital and textile printing communities across the
ASEAN region.

shows that the print industry within this region is dominated by small
and medium sized players looking for new technology solutions and access
to training and learning opportunities. With more than 10 years of
established global trade exhibitions under their belt,
FESPA
Asia 2017 - supported by Asian Exhibition Services (AES Ltd) and
leading local print associations led by the Thai Screen Printing and
Graphic Imaging Association (TSGA) – will offer this emerging market
learning, business networking and growth opportunities.
FESPA’s Divisional Director, Ms Roz McGuinness
comments “With the now well-established annual exhibition in China, it
is time for FESPA to return to the Pan Asia region with FESPA Asia, and
our natural choice was to return to Thailand. Our desire to build demand
for print by reinvesting in our print communities is matched by the
enthusiasm of our regional associations with whom we will be working
closely to deliver both educational programmes to support the
advancement of print in the region along with the exhibition bringing
the global and regional suppliers of screen, digital print and signage
to Thailand. Our aim is to have a lasting legacy across Asia through
various initiatives in the years to come.”
David Aitken, Managing Director of AES,
Asian Partners of FESPA Asia, explained, “We are delighted to be
working with FESPA to bring to the ASEAN market a regionally specialized
event with a global reputation. As the AEC rapidly unfolds, providing
extensive open-market opportunities in this expansive region, the
strategic timing of FESPA Asia 2017 could not be better.”FESPA Asia 2017
will be held from the 15-17 February 2017 at BITEC in Bangkok.
