Bangkok, February 8, 2016 – The SEC is seeking public comments on draft revisions to the rules governing operation of capital market infrastructures to be in line with international standard principles and changing advanced technologies. The proposed revisions would apply to future exchange, derivative clearing house, securities clearing house and securities depository with regard to improvement of business contingency management, IT security, operational outsourcing and complaint handling. In addition, all but future exchange would be required to comply with new rules on organizational structuring, capital resources and risk management.
