Fitness First, led by Fitness First Thailand managing director Mr Mark Elliott Buchanan and marketing director Orawan Kleawpatinon, invested 225 million baht to develop “CustomFit”, an advanced application for health lovers to download for free. The smart app allows users to tailor-make their workout programmes, plus a planner to plan their exercise. Users can have access to workout information and over 800 videos to help them stay fit limitlessly. The app is a part of its“Together, We Can Go Further” philosophy, inspiring Thai people to become healthier. “CustomFit” can be downloaded free of charge on both iOS and Android today.
