Bangkok, July 23, 2015 – The SEC has announced organizational restructuring to be more responsive to needs of each stakeholder group. By adopting an ‘end-to-end’ approach, the restructuring will change the chain of command to bring about more comprehensive and clear situation awareness while the executive reshuffle will also be undertaken. The restructuring will become effective as from August 1, 2015.
In this regard, the SEC has appointed new directors as follows:
- Mr. Pariya Techamuanvivit Director, Corporate Affairs Department
- Mrs. Somsuda Tanchanpongs Director, Corporate Governance Department
- Mrs. Sittasri Nakasiri Director, Enterprise Risk Management Department
- Ms. Sarica Apiwatthakakul, Acting Director, Intermediaries Licensing and SME Financing Department
- Ms. Oratai Nimtavorn acting Director, Investment Management Supervision and Inspection Department
- Mrs. Namtip Synsukpermpoon acting Director, Securities Regulation Department 2
- Mr. Chatchai Thisadoldilok acting Director, Research Department
