Huawei announces strategic move towards becoming global smartphone leader in delivering best customer experience

     Huawei unveiled strategic plan toward becoming global smartphone leader in delivering best customer experience with focus on four key pillars – innovation excellence, world-class quality standard, collaboration with world’s leading brands and corporate social responsibility. 
    Tossaporn Nisthanon, Deputy Country Director, Huawei Consumer Business Group (Thailand) said that “the operation of Huawei Consumer Business Group throughout the world has progressively grown over the recent years, both in terms of performance and brand value. Similarly, operating performance in Thailand has seen a consistent growth, with market share in 2017 increasing almost 10 times compared to that of last year. Looking ahead, our key focus in 2018 is continue to become number one leader in delivering best customer experience. This can be achieved by our commitment to development of innovation that enhances product capability to better meet consumer needs, excellent quality standard in both production processes and after-sales services, collaboration with world’s leading brands to introduce new creations, as well as embracing corporate social responsibility in doing business.”
     Tossaporn added that apart from the aforementioned four pillars, one key uniqueness of Huawei is the ‘Global Innovation Hive’ business model. The model is centered around operating as a privately held company which enables fast move in business; engaging the collective wisdom of all staff worldwide with a panel of three chief executives who will rotate at six-month intervals, allowing the company to be led by different personalities, which will create a more diverse work place where different perspectives will be embraced; being a company wholly owned by its employees which enhances staff motivation and empowerment; and adopting open integration of knowledge which facilitates innovation development based on expertise and experience of its worldwide staff and effective business integration with partners from different industries.
