Mr. Lars Norling, Chief Executive Officer, Total Access
Communication PLC or dtac signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to
join Digital Startup Alliance (DSA) with
Dr. Uttama Savanayana, Ministry of Information and Communication Technology.
Lars
says, “It is a great honor for dtac to sign an MOU with the Ministry of
Information and Communication Technology to promote a supportive
ecosystem for the startup business in Thailand. dtac Accelerate Company
Limited was created by dtac to be a startup incubator whose program is
currently ranked first in Thailand, helping Thai startups succeed in the
market. dtac has committed in this MOU to
complete 4 key missions: first, identify early-stage Thai startups;
two, provide seed funding for startups
and free
working space at Hangar Co-Working Space, Chamchuri Square; third,
organize 4-month bootcamp with mentoring support by startup experts from
Silicon Valley; and forth, provide startups with access
to over 200 million customers of dtac and Telenor Group worldwide,
including India, Myanmar, and Malaysia etc. I believe this MOU is a
historical milestone in developing and enhancing Stronger Thailand and
digital economy.”
