Bangkok (2 December 2015) – AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Thailand’s leading property developer, is now accepting 3rd and 4th year civil engineering students from universities nationwide (limited to 30 students) to participate in the ‘AP Open House 2016 – Get More From Real Life Than Theory’ training course under AP Academy, Thailand’s first institute for comprehensive learning in real estate. The course gets interns prepared for a career in real estate focusing on actual practice and in-depth learning with AP’s professionals – a learning experience that is both fun and truly beneficial.

AP has also developed a more intensive learning programme where three interns out of the 30 successful applicants who have demonstrated outstanding academic ability during their internship will be selected for further study on world-class construction and real estate management at AP (Thailand)’s major business partner Mitsubishi Estate Group in Japan, with all expenses paid by AP (Thailand).
Mr. Pumipat added that “AP Open House under AP Academy is designed to promote knowledge and practical work experience for university students who will eventually graduate to become important members of the workforce who will create quality properties for Thailand’s real estate industry. It is truly a good opportunity made available by AP for the young generation. During the recruitment period, AP has plans to promote the programme in a variety of ways so as to reach as many students in all universities nationwide as possible. These include the use of social media, campus publicity media and a road show to introduce the programme to the students.”
AP realises that it is important for undergraduate students be given the opportunity to learn the work process in-depth. They should be able to put into practice what they learned in the classroom to ensure maximum work efficiency.
