998,954.50 donation from dtac customers who
donated through SMS campaign ‘help treating children in South Sudan from
severe acute malnutrition’ to provide emergency life-saving food to
more than 235,000 children that are already vulnerable to food
insecurity
after nearly four decades of civil war. Since violence erupted in
December 2013, famine looms in South Sudan and unicef has appealed for
everyone to take part in saving the children’s lives.
