The exclusive partnership agreement, effective as of March 10th, 2024, symbolizes a mutual commitment to exclusive distribution rights in seven Asian countries, namely Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India. Stipulated under a binding Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that recognizes the importance of mutual exclusivity, this agreement is set to continue for a period of three years until March 2027.
Furthermore, Demide Global recently announced its acquisition of Ben Tee Clothing Inc., a prominent U.S. retailer, further expanding their reach into the transitional markets of the United States and Mexico, with a particular focus on hypermarkets. In an effort to enhance brand visibility and global presence, Demide Global has also appointed acclaimed Korean actor, Lee Je-hoon, winner of the grand prize for Exemplary Taxi Driver Episode 2 at the 2023 SBS Drama Awards, as the official ambassador of Lediffer.
