Prakid Punyashthiti gave an opening address at the first of the IPO Forum Series
2016,
which is designed to provide preparatory guidelines for companies
planning a fundraising through initial
public offering. The Forum covers comprehensive information, from
formative backgrounds to supervisory framework, to help companies make a
thorough preparation before filing IPO and listing applications with
the SEC and the Stock Exchange of Thailand, respectively.
This knowledge sharing series is part of the SEC Strategic Plan to enhance listed company ecosystem and market confidence. The first Forum, attended by
