ICONSIAM hosts a glamorous event to celebrate the launch of ‘The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok’

     Bangkok (30 October 2015) – The ICONSIAM Superlux Residence Corporation Limited, today hosted one of the most glamorous events of the year to celebrate the launch of  ‘The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok’, the first ‘Mandarin Oriental’ branded residences in South East Asia and one of the world’s most luxurious residential developments.  Breaking all luxury and pricing records, ‘The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok’ will write a new chapter in the history of Thailand’s super luxury residential developments.  The residences meet all the needs of target buyers around the world – those who live a high-flying lifestyle and demand the highest standard of luxury.  The event was attended by more than 200 guests of honour, super VIPs and leading celebrities of Thailand.  Among them were Mr. Suphachai Chearavanont, Dr. Jwanwat Ahriyavraromp, Mrs. Chadatip Chutrakul, Mark Prin Suparat and Yaya Urassaya Sperbund.  They were treated to a spectacular light and sound show on the Chao Phraya River and beautiful songs from famous singer Jennifer Kim.      “Privacy, a sense of space, and expansive common areas are some of the most important contributors to a sense of luxury, which is why each residence has its own, private lift entry, 3.20-metre high ceilings, and common areas that are around three times greater per unit than most grade-A rated condominiums in Bangkok,” Mrs. Thippaporn said.

     The residences are priced at Bht 350,000 and upwards per square metre, ranging in size from approximately 130 to 230 square metres.  The penthouses and duplex penthouses are from 380 to 710 square metres, and are priced at Bht 550,000 and upwards per square metre.  The building is only 45 metres from the Chao Phraya River water’s edge, and every residence has an unobstructed view of the river as well as looking on to a 4,600 square metre lush garden.  
     All residences are fully fitted and owners have the option for complete interior decoration and furnishing by renowned interior designer Joyce Wang who has designed many high profile projects.

     The project is scheduled for completion within 2018.
