The Department of Industrial Works will be launching the nationwide project in celebration of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, to save the rivers for “the 9th year of Ruam jai phuk rak mae nam” under the campaign “Eco- Industry to give happiness to the rivers”

Bangkok- The Department of Industrial Works,  the Ministry of Industry has plans to launch the project to save the rivers “The 9th  year of Ruam Jai Phuk Rak Mae Nam" under the campaign “Eco- Industry to give happiness to the rivers”  Her Majesty Queen Sirikit 's  83rd  Birthday on 12 August 2015. The event have an educational seminar, the children painting contest program in the primary school level, info Graphic contest and animation contest for students, people and adults.  
 Mr. Pasu Loharjun, deputy director-general of the Industrial Works Department said the economy in Thailand is growing very fast because Thailand is one of the most attractive investment countries in the region.  He also said, that with a fast growing economy it has an effect on natural resources, such as the rivers and he urged people to be careful of water consumption.
In 2015, it will be a great year for, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's 83rd Birthday on 12 August 2015. The Department of Industrial Works has plans to launch the project to save the rivers “ the 9th  year of Ruam jai phuk rak mae nam under the campaign “Eco- Industry to give happiness to the rivers”  Her Majesty Queen Sirikit is the royal mother, who cares for the people,  regardless of their ethnic background or their religion.
Her Majesty Queen Sirikit is concerned regarding the country’s natural environment.  Since she has spent much time traveling to throughout Thailand with His Majesty the King, she has become knowledgeable regarding environmental development.  The project, in response to Her Majesty the Queen’s wishes to rehab the rivers, also in preparation for facilitating water management. This project would like to stimulate people and social awareness to improve the quality of water.
“The Department of Industrial Works will be launching the nationwide project in celebration of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, to save the rivers for “the 9th year of Ruam Jai Phuk Rak Mae Nam” under the campaign “Eco- Industry to give happiness to the rivers”, the Department of Industrial Works will have an educational seminar and it has invited Mr. Prasert Tapaneeyangkul, president of the Environmental Engineering Association of Thailand (EEAT) to give more information on aquatic resources and preservation for the Eco-industry. This event will have the children’s painting contest program in the primary school level which will give the student time to submit their painting from 17 May-23 July 2015 for a trophy award and prize money of 25,000 baht. The info Graphic contest and animation contest for adults, people and students regarding water conservation or Eco-city development, the government will give the adults time to submit their info Graphic and animation from 17 March-23 July 2015 for a trophy award and prize money of 60,000 baht. The Department of Industrial Works will choose the factory which preparation for facilitating water management from 17 May-23 July 2015 ” Mr. Pasu said

 On the 4 of August 2015, the Department of Industrial Works, the Ministry of Industry will be launching the nationwide project in celebration of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit  for “the 9th year of Ruam jai phuk rak mae nam to link communities, social network  and  industries together. The event will have the exhibition of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit and His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. Extending best wishes to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit and His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
Regarding, the Department of Industrial Works will give a prizes to students, people and industries who cares about the environment and joins with the Department of Industrial Works’s project. The event will have a concert, including famous artist, such as “Stamp” or Apiwat Eurthavornsuk and Thai International Symphony Orchestra TNSO, the first orchestra in Thailand by Arjarn Somkiat Srikham.
